Digital E-Learning Designer
We’re looking to recruit a Digital E-Learning Designer to join our People Services Team in Leeds and contribute to the digitisation of People Services. Supporting the development and maintenance of platforms to deliver online, performance management, talent, e-learning videos and virtual environments.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with creativity and a passion for digital learning to design or outsource creative content that will engage learners and help them achieve learning objectives using appropriate tools (video, quizzes, and other interactive activities).
You will need to be able to communicate and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, to understand and identify when and where digitisation can be used to support learning and development activities across the charity.
This will include working closely with our internal Talent Development and Engagement team and Operational training team to collaborate and maximise opportunities for digital content to support academies and management development programs
Alongside this, you will maintain and recommend improvements to the Learning Management System platform (MyLo) and support the development of a talent platform to link to performance management, talent and succession work across the organisation. You will also support the creation of a virtual cloud based platform for all content to be facilitated virtually, helping to embed our 70:20:10 approach to learning and development across the charity.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of creating E-Learning and digitising People Services, as well as the creation of online video content and blended learning approaches
