We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our expanding and forward-thinking Change Department based in Leeds city centre. This is a full time, permanent contract. 

Reporting to an Analysis Team Leader, you’ll work on complex, high profile projects and programmes. Using your expertise you’ll champion best practice for conducting analysis across the charity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • providing support and mentoring to existing and new members of the team
  • acting as an initial point of contact and knowledge within the Analysis team and for any external analysis issues
  • leading on new initiatives and driving best practice within the team

Candidates will have previous experience working as a Technical and/or Business Analyst and be able to demonstrate at least 6 month experience working in an agile environment.

You should have a proven experience in analysis techniques, analysing data, modelling processes, drawing conclusions and presenting information clearly. A track record in planning activities and coordinating resources to achieve an outcome as well as experience of producing high quality analysis outputs.
