Operational Team Leader
Operational Team Leaders work within our Client Operations directorate
What's the purpose of this role?
Team Leaders are responsible for leading, managing and developing a highly engaged and motivated team of Advisors in the delivery of excellence in client service.
Team Leaders are accountable for their team’s performance and any key performance indicators, as well as the effective delivery and embedding of operational change in their team.
Providing leadership and direction, Team Leaders support the charity in promoting a culture of openness and transparency, building connections within their team and wider operational department.
