To help you save and prepare for your retirement, we offer a contributory pension scheme, known as a group personal pension plan. This is open to you as soon as you start, and if you need further advice we have an independent pension advisor on hand to help.
A little taster of the benefits available to you when you start with us...
Valuing you
The work you do is crucial to the people who need our help, so as a thank you, the role you play is valued through our reward and recognition schemes, and our benefits package.
Here are just a few of those benefits and rewards:

Holiday entitlement
In addition to annual leave entitlement outlined in your contract, you'll receive an additional day's holiday for every full year's service up to a maximum number of days – full details on the policy around this are available on joining. You can also buy up to five extra days through our holiday purchase scheme.

Through our healthcare programme, you can claim money back on everyday healthcare, including dental, opticians, chiropody and physiotherapy, to name just a few.
Being a Westfield member also enables you to participate in a discounting programme through Reward Gateway, which gives you access to savings on many retailers.

Financial wellbeing
As well as a competitive starting salary we also offer a range of other financial benefits including:
The season ticket loan scheme gives you an interest free loan facility to buy a season ticket to use on public transport to and from work. This usually means you can make a significant saving on regular ticket prices.
If you choose to do your bit for the environment and your health by cycling to work, you can hire a bike and essential accessories like a helmet and save tax and NI on your monthly payments.
Balancing everyday life together with the requirements of work and home can create pressures for all of us. To assist you in achieving this balance, we have put an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in place. This provides assistance on a wide range of topics including: tax advice, legal advice, caring responsibilities, medical issues, managing stress and anxiety, structured telephone counselling. Full details are available on our on-line magazine on joining.
In the event of your death, this benefit will pay three times your basic salary to the people you nominate to receive the money. This doesn’t just provide peace of mind, but can cancel out the need for separate life insurance. It is important that you complete an expression of wish form on joining.
Once you join us you’ll have access to free financial planning and referrals to mortgage and insurance brokers.
If you’re facing financial difficulty yourself, you can ask us to conduct a full review of your financial situation and give a recommendation based on your personal circumstances. This is a confidential service open to all our colleagues.
