Compliance Monitoring Associate

Compliance Monitoring Associates work within our Risk and Compliance directorate



What's the purpose of this role?


Working as part of the charity’s Risk & Compliance Team, a Compliance Monitoring Associate plays a key part in monitoring our performance against key regulatory, legal and mandatory expectations, adherence with internal policies and procedures and the delivery of good client outcomes, working closely with stakeholders to provide feedback and agree actions that support a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Engage proactively and pragmatically with key stakeholders to share insight at all stages of the review lifecycle, winning engagement to the necessary actions

  • Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding environment
  • Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure the completion of tasks within deadlines
  • Numerate, with the ability to draw conclusions
