Employee Relations Advisor

What's the purpose of this role?
Employee Relations Advisors provide advice and guidance to all levels of management and employees regarding the charity’s people policies, employment law and people issues. They deliver a proactive approach to project management and ensuring value-add work is completed in line with key stakeholder requirements and the charities strategy
