Real Time and Resource Planning Analysts work within our Client Operations directorate
What's the purpose of this role?
Real Time and Resource Planning Analysts are responsible for planning the schedules across client facing contact teams. With the client in mind, they ensure the optimum use of resources, manage real-time demand changes in order to optimise performance and support the Resource Planning Manager with after event analysis, reporting and planning.
