How to find our Cardiff Office

Directions

The Cardiff office is located on the 4th floor, 33-35 Cathedral Road, CF11 9HB. Approximately 15 minutes from the train station (walking distance). The building is on the left hand side when walking from the train station/city centre. For reference, you will pass a petrol station on your left and then the Jolyon’s Hotel on your right. When you see a sign for Sophia Gardens you have reached the building. The property is managed by a company called Rombourne, which will be signposted.

When arriving at the building a receptionist will be able to let you in. Inform them you are here for StepChange and they will point you in the direction of the lift. In the event there is no one at the reception desk, please ring the StepChange buzzer and someone will come down to let you in.

Please note, there is no car parking facility at the Cardiff office, the nearest car parking is a pay and display facility in nearby Sophia Gardens. Blue Badge holders may park free of charge. Access is via Sophia Gardens opposite Talbot Street 100yd From the Cardiff office. There is limited off street parking in the surrounding areas, however, the majority of the surrounding area is available only to permit holders.
