Your Role

As a key member of our Facilities team based at our Leeds office, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless, safe, and well-managed workplace experience. You’ll oversee the daily operations of our post room and office facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supports both our people and our sustainability objectives. Your responsibilities will span logistical coordination—such as preparing meeting spaces, overseeing mail and deliveries, and maintaining supplies—as well as supporting our sustainability strategy. You'll assist in implementing green initiatives, capturing data for regulatory reporting, and identifying opportunities for practical improvements in line with our environmental goals.

This role is fully office based and will involve working from our Leeds office.

About You

You're a skilled facilities professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to workplace efficiency. Experienced in managing daily operations and familiar with systems like HVAC and FM software, you’re organised, digitally proficient, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your commitment to sustainability and ability to navigate practical challenges make you a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and advancing green initiatives.
