This role will see you join our Operational Learning and Development Team at a really exciting time to support our expansion and help us deliver brand-new, fully blended virtual learning academies to all new operational colleagues in our UK contact centers.

Key accountabilities

  • Deliver a variety of learning programmes to ensure our advisors can deliver a best in class client experience – virtual and classroom based
  • Use a variety of methods, i.e. classroom, Microsoft teams, interactive workshops, and digital learning
  • Challenge existing methodologies and bring with you a wealth of experience that is proven to assist us in making things even better
  • Host learning solutions in line with our brand new In-Role Development Programme to drive progression and advancement of our existing advisors
  • Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager and Team Managers to meet the Charity requirements of doubling the number of clients we are able to assist
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and create and lead projects to provide learning solutions
  • Manage priorities effectively whilst demonstrating flexibility, often balancing conflicting demands

Experience and knowledge

  • Proven track record of delivering learning content to contact centres
  • Experience in designing captivating and informative presentations and / or training courses
  • Advanced MS word and PowerPoint ability
  • Experience in working in Financial Services – is an advantage as you will be working in a regulated environment
  • Experience using data and insight to complete needs analysis for multiple business areas
  • Excellent coaching skills with the ability to support advisors at various levels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with capability to alter message delivery dependent on audience
  • Experience in Debt Advice, Client / Customer Service, Plan Activations or Debt Remedies highly advantageous
