If so, then this is the opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Research and Insight Officer that can help us champion the consumer voice by supporting in the development, day to day delivery and management of client insight and research project activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Use statistical techniques to interpret primary and secondary quantitative and qualitative data
  • Conduct research through national polling, online surveys (e.g. QuestionPro), interviews, and other quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Project manage and deliver key research publications, such as our annual Statistics Yearbook, and oversee our regular monthly reports
  • Advise colleagues across the charity on methodology, research design, and analysis etc.
  • Represent the charity and present research and insights internally and externally
  • Work with external stakeholders to develop and manage delivery of joint research and insight projects

About You:

  • You have a solid understanding of research methodologies, with proven experience in using both quantitative and  qualitative methods.
  • You’re confident with key statistical concepts to help draw meaningful insights from data.
  • You’re experienced in developing, writing up, and presenting research findings to a variety of audiences
  • You’re skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint throughout the research project life cycle, to deliver outputs
