About the Role: 

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a strategy that enhances our brand storytelling and online visibility. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across all social media channels to drive engagement and build our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives platform growth and audience engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee content planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring with the Social Media Executive.
  • Identify opportunities to expand presence on TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Bluesky
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance to optimise strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

About You: 

You will have experience using a wide range of social media platforms, and a solid understanding of social trends, algorithms and best practice. You will possess the ability to think strategically, bring creative ideas, and thrive in hands-on execution. Whether you're currently a senior social executive looking for a step up or someone with a proven track record in social media management, we want to hear from you!
